Oh Baby.

Seems like surprises are few now a days. You know, you can pretty much instantly find out anything. This couple decided to keep the big surprise a surprise even from themselves. They have not found out what the baby is. . .they have a name for a boy and a girl but until the birth this little baby's gender will remain a mystery. So fun! There's nothing like having a baby and the doctor announce to you that you "have a -----!" How exciting. Congratulations and I look forward to hearing what your new addition is!

Change.

Change is exciting, and that is exactly what this family will soon be facing. Not only are they going to be welcoming a new little boy to the family but they are also planning on moving to a new house. Because of the possibility of moving, we chose to have the photo session in their backyard. They were totally prepared and had toys, bubbles and books ready to help entertain their son who is almost three. He was such a talented little guy too, just like his Daddy. He had so much fun playing his guitar and singing to his Mommy. It was so sweet to watch. I hope these next few months go smoothly as you welcome you new baby boy and face some changes in your lives.

Maternity Shoot. . .my very first.

On Saturday I had my first maternity shoot. . .ever. Its kind of odd, you know, the focus really being some one's belly but I think everything turned out well. The heat wasn't too bad and this couple was open to suggestions and willing to give my ideas a chance. Some of them worked and some didn't but it was fun hanging out with this fun couple. This super cute couple is due mid-September and will be having a little boy. I'm pretty sure you'll be seeing him in a few weeks too.
