Small but Sweet. . .

 It all started in a small sanctuary. There is something so special about a small wedding and being surrounded by those you hold most dear. 

 The bride was beautiful in her long stunning silver dress and I loved the matching flower in her hair.

 The bride was able to meet all her guests as they arrived and was truly excited for the ceremony that was going to begin soon.  Once everyone had arrived it was time to get things started.

 The bride's daughter and the groom's father stood by their sides and supported them throughout the ceremony. 

 The excitement on these two face's was contagious. I love it when couples are so excited about their new commitment to each other.

 The reception was like a big Christmas party. The decorations were beautiful and the food was amazing. . .which, by the way, the groom had cooked up.

Little Peek at My Weekend Wedding

 The day began for me at a hotel, where the bride and her girls all got ready.

 She "patiently" waited in a back room at the Jewel Box for the ceremony to begin. . .actually she wasn't patient at all and it all the self control she had to not run out of the room and join everyone else and see her soon to be new husband.

 The beautiful ceremony began and ended. . .

 and the new Mr. and Mrs. Welby was introduced.

 Everyone did great putting up with the chilly weather, cold wind and me. I had a blast!

At the end of the day all of their family and friends joined with the Bride & Groom to celebrate their new commitment. The room was full of love and laughs; these two are definitely surrounded by great family and friends. They soaked in every moment of their special day and I am so honored that they trusted me to help them remember it. Congratulations you two!

A little break.

So, lately I've been sifting through hundreds, yes, hundreds of wedding pictures. I've been slowly working my way through and editing and editing and editing. As you can imagine its a long process so every once in a while a distraction is needed. Its about time for a distraction so I figured I'd post a few of my favorites so far. Enjoy!

Saturday I had a wedding. . .a wedding with a great couple that are so much fun to work with. This couple has a great relationship and I truly have a blast every time I hang out with them. Their love for each other is so evident. There will be more pictures coming soon of their special day but here are a few of my favorites so far.

Cool, Calm & Collected

Not only was this bride gorgeous, but she was delightful. She was so calm and so together. She didn't get flustered about anything and truly seemed to enjoy her day. I didn't get to spend as much time with the groom, but by watching him interact with his new bride, it was obvious they are a great team. Congratulations you two, it truly was an honor to be part of your special day.
